Localization: Creating or adapting software and Web-based applications to a specific locale, i.e., to the language, cultural context, conventions, and marketing requirements of a specific target market. This service provides localization on four levels: Level 1: Allows users to enter, display, manipulate, and output data in their own language and script. Level 2: Localization of all user-visible strings (user interface, error messages, etc.). Level 3: Integrates language-specific tools such as linguistic search tools, localized content, online translation, etc. Level 4: Multilingual support incorporates the above three levels into several languages simultaneously.
