AppTek’s Digital Intelligent Voice Agent (DIVA) app delivers a voice-driven e-commerce experience.
AppTek is happy to announce the Alpha release of its latest product – the Digital Intelligent Voice Agent (DIVA).
DIVA is a mobile e-commerce meta-search application which leverages AppTek’s deep learning, automatic speech recognition technology as well as natural language understanding to deliver a voice-driven e-commerce experience.

DIVA’s API structure pulls item results from multiple providers to give the user more choices. Currently available for download on the App Store in English, AppTek is also planning Spanish, Arabic and Chinese versions.
